The Contents of a Zip Archive of all Ingredients The ingredients are archived in three groups inside a Zip Archive. •The model files. This includes the TABLO-generated program and associated Auxiliary files (or the GEMSIM Auxiliary files) and the TABLO Input file. These go in a file MODEL.ZIP which is stored in the final archive. •The First Year data files. All files shown on the data part of the Model/Data page are archived. These go in a file DATA.ZIP which is stored in the final archive. •The Closures and Shocks files and their constituents. The Results Mapping file (from the Sim Overview page) is included here. These closure and shock files go in a file CMFBITS.ZIP which is stored in the final archive. Also included in the final ZIP archive are •APP.DS1 and APP.DS2 which are the Simulation Details files which would be obtained if you clicked on item Save File Names as Dynamic Sim Info files under the File menu. •APP.DS0 which is the Simulation Description File (if you have saved one). •ZIPHIST.TXT which is a file containing a brief History of the ZIP archive. This file contains details of the time and date the archive was created, the Working Directory and the Sim Names. The executable image of RunDynam (so that you could restore it if you needed to be sure of running the same version). There may be three other ZIP files inside a ZIP archive. These are •TABETC.ZIP This contains the Main TABLO file for the model and the TABLO STI (Condensation) file, as extracted from the EXE image for the model. [These files are copies of the original files. RunDynam makes no attempt to keep track of the actual original files used by you or someone else to make the TABLO-generated program or GEMSIM Auxiliary files shown in the Model part of the Model/Data page.] •EXTRA2.ZIP This contains all files in the EXTRA subdirectory (and its subdirectories) of the working directory when the Zip Archive was made. [When you are making a Zip Archive, if there is a subdirectory EXTRA of your working directory, you will be asked if you want to add all the files in that subdirectory and its subdirectories to the Zip Archive. If so, these files go into EXTRA2.ZIP in the Zip Archive.] •EXTRA.ZIP This contains any further extra files specified by the person who made the ZIP archive. [These files TABETC.ZIP and EXTRA.ZIP will only be included if the ZIP archive was made with Version 1.6 (November 2000) or later of RunDynam.] [The file EXTRA2.ZIP will only be included if the ZIP archive was made with Version 3.33 (August 2008) or later of RunDynam.] Note that no results are stored in a Zip Archive. Nor are details of dates and times of files created. When you restore files from a Zip Archive, you must run all the simulations again before you can look at the results. If you restore from a Zip archive made when using GEMSIM to solve the model, you need to have exactly the same version of GEMSIM in order to rerun the simulations when you restore from that Zip archive.
