Setting the GPKEEP Environment Variable

You can set the Environment variable GPKEEP to control where program information is stored. It is best to set GPKEEP to point to a short directory name which does not contain spaces or non-English characters. For example, you could set:

GPKEEP to C:\MyKeep

Make sure that you are allowed to write files in the directory to which GPKEEP points.

To see what Environment variables are set, open a Command prompt and type SET or SET | more
