Running a Complete Policy Simulation

It is not necessary to complete all of the Base Case before starting the Policy or the Rerun. For example, you can first complete a few years of all three of the Base, Rerun and Policy and then complete the remaining years of all three.

There are several menu items on the Tasks menu which let you run all or part of a complete policy simulation. You can also use the Run Buttons which are visible near the bottom of the screen: each one carries out a single multi-year run.

New users may find it easiest to first run the whole of the Base, then the Rerun and finally the Policy. However other orders are possible and, indeed, the software will follow a different order by default.
