Never Use BAT Job For Simulations

The menu item Never Use Bat Job for Simulations (under the Run Preferences menu) can be used to prevent the program from running simulations as batch jobs at the Command prompt, in all situations. Instead the TABLO-generated program or GEMSIM is executed as a Windows program.
