Writing a Report of a All Ingredients of a Dynamic Simulation

This writes a human-readable version of the names of all the user input on all the pages of the tabbed notebook. This includes the model, the names of all data files, all the information on the Sim Overview page, all the names of files shown on the Closure/Shock page. It also includes the names of all constituents of the files on the Closure/Shock page.

The file written has suffix .DR1 (Dynamic Report)
