Direct Inputs Checked When Checking Prerequisites

When RunDynam checks if prerequisites are ok before you start a run, it checks the following direct inputs for the various jobs.

•Whether or not the model files (EXE, Auxiliary files) have changed. [These are direct inputs to simulation and BOT jobs but not to spreadsheet jobs.]

•Whether of not the CMFSTART files have changed. [These are direct inputs to simulation and BOT jobs but not to spreadsheet jobs.]

•Whether or not the 3-character Sim Names (on the Sim Overview page) have changed. [These are direct inputs since they partly determine the names of the output files produced by this job.]

•Whether the starting data files (on the Model/Data page) exist and are unchanged from previous runs. [These are direct inputs to the first simulation of the Base. They may also be direct inputs to other simulations if the data are all parameters -- that is, are not updated.]

•Whether the files needed for the Closure and Shocks are present and unchanged (the CLS, BSH and PSH files and any Environment, shock or other files mentioned in these CLS, BSH and PSH files). [These are direct inputs to simulations and/or BOT jobs.]

•Whether the updated data files needed as inputs to this job still exist and are unchanged.

•If checking spreadsheet jobs, whether the Spreadsheet Mapping file and the relevant Solution files still exist and are unchanged. [These are direct inputs to the spreadsheet job.]
