Setting the TMP Environment Variable Setting the value of the Environment variable TMP may affect where AnalyseGE writes its temporary files though setting the value of Environment variable GPTEMP may be a better way to proceed. If you change the value of Environment variable TMP, it is best to set this to point to a short directory name which does not contain spaces or non-English characters. For example, you could set TMP to C:\MyTmp Make sure that you are allowed to write files in the directory to which TMP points. To see what Environment variables are set, open a Command prompt, and type "SET" or "SET | more".
