Files Extracted from the Solution file

When you select a Solution or CVL file, AnalyseGE extracts

•the TABLO Input file (TAB file) used for the simulation or data manipulation task, and displays it in the TABmate form,

•the Command file used to run the original simulation or data manipulation task,

•and (in the Solution file case only), the STI file used to condense the model when TABLO was run (if a STI file was used).

•You can look at the Command file and TABLO STI file via the View menu on the AnalyseGE form. In particular, you can remind yourself of the simulation closure and shocks by looking at the Command file.

If TABLO option NTX (Don't store TAB file on Auxiliary file - see the GEMPACK manual) was selected when TABLO was run originally, the TAB file will not be stored on the Solution file. In that case, you cannot use AnalyseGE to help you analyse the results on the Solution file.

If you select a Solution file, AnalyseGE loads the cumulative results of the simulation. Alternatively you can load and analyse the results of a subtotal solution.
