Evaluating Functions

Expressions containing functions recognised by GEMPACK in TABLO Input files can be accessed and evaluated. Details of these functions can be found in the GEMPACK manual.

Note that you only have to click inside the function name to get the function evaluated since then AnalyseGE extends the selection to include the whole function and its arguments.

You cannot evaluate expressions involving the function RANDOM allowed in TAB files. [By its very nature, the values of this function vary from time to time, so you would probably get a different value if you tried to evaluate this under AnalyseGE than was obtained when GEMSIM or the TABLO-generated program was run.]
