You can download the trial Limited Executable-Image Version of GEMPACK from here. It comes with a free (but time-limited) licence and can solve medium-sized models. You can use it on your Windows PC to carry out simulations. A number of example models are included in the package, together with all the GEMPACK documentation.

If you are an experienced GAMS user and wish to start using GEMPACK, you can take advantage of your GAMS skills to get a head start with GEMPACK.
