Currently Selected Header

Whenever a file is open, there is a currently selected header, either highlighted in the Contents window, or displayed more fully in the Data window. A number of the commands, such as Edit..Delete Header, Edit..Change Header/LongName, or File..Save Header to GEMPACK Text file, always operate on the currently selected header.
