ReArrange Selection

The Edit..ReArrange selection command will rearrange (ie, re-wrap) selected lines to make them fit between specified left and right margins.

Blank lines, which you might use to separate paragraphs, are retained.

If you choose this from the Edit menu, you may choose values for left and right margins. If you use the Ctrl+E shortcut, current values are used.

Uses of this command:

•Make lines of text a more uniform length.

•Text pasted from MsWord consists of one long line for each paragraph. Use this command to break it into separate lines.

•Alternatively, set right margin to 5000 and select a number of lines. Ctrl+E will then turn the selection into one very long line.
