Display

Writes coefficient values to a text file; for occasional debugging use. Examples:

Display TOTSALES ;

Display (all,i,COM) INTINP(i,wool)

# Intermediate inputs of wool # ;

A levels variable can be given as the name of the coefficient being displayed.
