Diagnostics

The Help...About screen gives access to the Diagnostics window. This contains various information used for diagnosing problems. The information can be saved in a file or copied into an email. Please send this file to GEMPACK support, if you have a problem.

If you right-click on the Diagnostics button a longer report is generated (it takes a little more time) which in addition to the normal contents lists attributes of each program in your GEMPACK folder. This extra information is sometimes useful.
