Version directory does not exist

A warning occurs if RunGTAP discovers that there is no subdirectory corresponding to the current version. That might occur if you deleted or renamed the version subdirectory (using Explorer, for example) from outside RunGTAP while RunGTAP was running.

You should close RunGTAP immediately and start again.

You should not alter the files in the RunGTAP directory or its subdirectories while RunGTAP is running except by using the RunGTAP program itself.

If you want to rename a version directory, close RunGTAP first, and remember that version names are limited to 8-letters only.
