Loading SHF files of shocks

The menu command Tools...Load Shocks File allows you to read in pre-existing files (suffixed SHF) which contain one or more lines of shock statements. This could be useful for replicating more complex experiments. Shocks loaded from an SHF file replace all existing shocks; however you could first use the Copy command to save the old shocks in the Clipboard, then load the new shocks, then position the cursor at the bottom of the shock list and use Shift-Ins to paste the old shocks back in.

The syntax of the SHF files follows the same scheme as the shock statements you build up interactively. They may also include comments (prefixed by an ! character).
