Check Versions The Developer..Check Versions command causes RunGTAP to scan through all versions checking for missing or out-of-date files. Most of the problems which might be discovered for a particular version will be fixed automatically when a simulation is run using that version, as long as the user is able to create or alter version files. The latter condition would not be met if, for example, all the RunGTAP files were being executed off a CD-ROM, or were stored in read-only network directories. If you plan to distribute RunGTAP in those ways, it is especially important to check all versions carefully before use. Addition June 2006: Check Versions now reports if HAR or EXE file are of the older, LF90, type. It is preferable that these be converted to the more modern LF95 (Fujitsu) format. •For EXE files, re-run TABLO and LTG (using LF95 or Intel or GFortran compiler). •For HAR files, use ConvHAR or similar tool to convert to newer Fujitsu format. LF90 has not been updated since Windows XP was introduced -- LF90-generated EXEs may lead to various obscure problems.
