RunGTAP Directory must have write access When you start RunGTAP, it checks to see that it has been installed in a folder which •has write access (ie, you have permission to write files there). •has a short and simple name, containing no spaces or Asian characters You might get an error message if the above conditions are not satisfied. If that happens, you should rename the RunGTAP folder to something short and simple, or even re-install RunGTAP in a folder with a short and simple name -- such as C:\RunGTAP6.
