Restrictions on SSA

At present you can only carry out SSA if your model EXE was made with Release 9.0 or later of GEMPACK. [These EXEs produce Solution files which are also Header Array files.]

This restriction should not be a worry since you can always upgrade to the current version of GEMPACK to satisfy it.
