Selecting Text

You select some text by clicking the mouse somewhere and then, holding the mouse button down, dragging the mouse to somewhere else and letting the mouse button up. You can also select text by clicking somewhere, then holding down the Shift key and moving around the file using the left, right, up and down arrow keys.

In all cases, if you have clicked somewhere on the TABmate form but not selected anything, what happens is the same as if you had just selected a single character, namely the character to the right of the place where the cursor is. Everything we say below about a selection applies to this case also.
