Available here are three technical chapters, chapters 4, 5 and 6, from an earlier version (dated May, 2001) of the book. These chapters were too detailed for inclusion in the final version. They will be valuable to people who want to run MONASH or to build their own detailed dynamic model.
The chapters in the May 2001 version are:

The North-Holland book contains the material in chapters 1, 2, 3 and 7, together with schematic versions of the material in Chapters 4, 5 and 6.

Mini-USAGE is a miniature version of USAGE. Our aim in creating Mini-USAGE is to reduce barriers to entry into the world of MONASH-style dynamic general equilibrium modelling. By providing Mini-USAGE, we hope to give modellers a tool for understanding the theory, construction and computing of MONASH-style models and for interpreting results. For this purpose, Mini-USAGE is unencumbered by detail.
