About once a year we produce a USB flash drive containing a snapshot of the Centre of Policy Studies (CoPS/GEMPACK) web site. This is created as a convenience for those who do not have easy or rapid Internet access, for example at home or while travelling.
You can request a free copy of the most recent snapshot by emailing the GEMPACK Business Manager (Louise Pinchen) at sales@gempack.com. In your email, please indicate a suitable postal delivery address.
To access the snapshot, you do NOT need to be connected to the Internet. However, you do need to use a web browser, such as Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer. Please be aware that the real Web site will have been updated since the snapshot was created. Links pointing to sites outside the Centre of Policy Studies website, and "mailto" links have been preserved, but will only function if you are connected to the Internet.
